Angels, Orbs

I've noticed some of my pictures have these circles. When I enlarge them they are pretty, like rainbow circles within circles. At first I thought my camera lens had water spots so I cleaned it and cleaned it but they keep showing up at different times. My daughter said, "Their vapors from your breath," but I think that they are too far away in most of the pictures.

Anyway, I forgot about them until I heard Klint talking about "orbs" and about a co-worker that was talking about them, and how there is a lot online about them too. He said, "Just type in 'orb.' No one really knows what they are, or even if they are something. They could just be reflections of dust, raindrops, etc.

I prefer to think that they are angels than any other explanation I've read so far. There are so many of them and I keep thinking of the Bible verse that says - "since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses..."

Klint had been up on that ladder working on the siding before this picture was taken. While he was up there as he worked the ladder wobbled away from the house threatened to fall over but he caught himself. He got down off the ladder and they were talking about it here. I was just wandering around taking pictures and the picture showed all these busy circles. Maybe they pushed his ladder back to the house, maybe.

My daughter sent me this cartoon which goes right along with this topic.

Here is a link to a person that believes that these unexplained rainbow circles are probably angels. It's something interesting to wonder about.

If you research orbs you will see that they are something that ghosthunters believe in the belief is that they are ghosts or some other kind of supernatural activity, in no way are orbs related to angels, God or the bible.

And who are you?

I certainly believe in angels! They've been manifested to myself and others in my family. I've noticed the trend in the last few years where some people almost have deified angels to the point of adoration/idotry. God says in His Word that they are to minister to us, His children.

There could be a logical explanation for this (what you see in the photos) or it could be God. We might never know this side of heaven but one thing we do know, is that He is intimately connected with us and nothing in life that happens is a surprise to Him.

Thinking of you,
Connie

The term orb is the popular name given to typically circular anomalies appearing in photographs. In photography and video, orbs appear to be balls, diamonds, or smears of light with an apparent size in the image ranging from a golfball to a basketball depending on the distance of the dust particle to the lens. Orbs sometimes appear to be in motion, leaving a trail behind them.

There are two main trains of thought regarding the cause of orbs in photographs. The first school sees it as a fairly clear-cut case of flash or ambient light reflection off of dust, particles, insects, or moisture droplets in the air in front of the camera distorted by the digital cameras CCD lens being unable to focus, i.e. they are naturalistic. The opposing school maintains that orbs are paranormal in nature and spirits, i.e. non-naturalistic and ghost like.

Orb photos have become so common that some 'ghost hunting organizations' are no longer accepting submissions of them, or specifying that only "exceptional" examples be presented, yet although scientifically debunked as a modern inception with no pre-recorded example prior to the availability of CCD lens (digital camera) technology and its inferior ability to focus, 'supernatural orbs' make up the predominant presence of 'ghost photos' on the internet. Whether this is due to the fact orbs and light artifacts are easier to generate accidentally and provide a more apt result for the photographer seeking to find controversy, or whether this is for lack of other scientifically credible 'evidence' of the paranormal is left open to debate.

Well, I like the idea that they are angels certainly better than anonymous' supposedly "scientific" explanation! And who really cares....if to one person they are angels, so be it! If to another they are just some kind of weird light (maybe because you live in Alaska where the light is so very different than down here in NY?)...I think it is neat....I have never seen anything like that!

I did a lot of reading on these interesting rainbow lights or orbs. I've never felt any sort of fear when I saw them in the pictures but thought this was cool.

I don't believe that these are any sort of ghosts as ghosts are supposedly people that have died and for some reason their spirit stays behind to haunt other people. I don't believe in ghosts but I do believe that yes, there are spirits that can impersonate a person that has died. When these sorts of evil spirits are around they always cause fear. On the contrary, everytime God, or Jesus or any of His angels appeared to mankind they always said "Fear not."

That's one more reason I do not believe that IF these lights are supernatural, they can be anything but good, "ministering spirits" and not ones that bring or cause fear.

Anyway, this is an interesting topic whatever you may believe. Thanks for the comments.

I have many photos with angel orbs in them, some with one or two, some with hundreds.

Do not let the nay-sayers rattle you.

God is real and Angels are part of His rehlm.
